VISION
	The Youth Outreach Union envisions a world in which young adults are supported, educated, and empowered, without stigma, to become leaders in both their own transition to adulthood, as well as that of their peers.
	MISSION
	It is the mission of the Youth Outreach Union to utilize the strengths and experiences of it's youth leaders and members to assure that present and future generations of youth within child serving systems get the support and education needed to become empowered adults.
